Students at The Governor’s Academy are known regionally and nationally for their artistic accomplishments. Even more interesting, many of our award winners began pursuing their artistic interests for the first time at Governor’s.

At Governor’s, outstanding facilities and an excellent faculty support a wide range of opportunities. All students enjoy an active, hands-on experience in our innovative freshman courses as part of the required Introduction to the Fine Arts. Options to fulfill further requirements and grow creatively include private lessons, ensembles, seasonal productions, workshops, visiting artists, cultural trips, independent study, and courses through the AP level.
